Heaven Turner, ARNP
Erika Morrison, ARNP
Erika is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She started her nursing career in 2006 in Orlando, Florida. There she practiced for 8 years specializing in Pediatric/Neonatal Intensive Care and Pediatric Oncology. She graduated with her Master’s of Science in Nursing in 2014 at the University of South Alabama and began working with PCCC. She enjoys taking care of all ages from the youngest to now the adult population in her career. She loves to be outdoors and traveling with her family. She is happy to serve our local community at PCCC.
Ashley Pascucci, BSN, MSN
Ashley is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She started her nursing career in our local community hospital in 2012, specializing in Medical Surgical, Orthopedic and Critical Care. She graduated with her Masters of Science in Nursing in 2016 at the University of South Florida and began working with PCCC. She is a Florida native and enjoys spending her free time outdoors with her family and is happy to be able to live and work in this community.
Ashley Cortes, ARNP
Ashley is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and has worked at PCCC of Volusia since 2016. She started her career in Healthcare at age 18 as a Certified Nursing Assistant and worked her way up. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Central Florida in 2011 and worked as Registered Nurse on the Cardiopulmonary unit, then was promoted to Charge Nurse and she ultimately moved to the ICU. Ashley earned her Masters of Science in Nursing specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2020. When Ashley is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering at her local church. She strives to treat every patient as if they are family and puts their health interests first.
Tamara Schilsky, ARNP, BSN, FNP
Tamara graduated from UCF in 2008 with her Bachelors of Science in Nursing. She started her career in Nursing in the ICU, then transitioned to Interventional Radiology. She then graduated with a Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of Maryville in 2020.
She is a Florida native, born and raised in Volusia County and she feels blessed to now be able to practice and help the community. In her free time she spends time with family and friends.
Shelby Wheeler, PA
Shelby is a nationally certified Physician Assistant specializing in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine. She completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida and then went on to earn a Master's of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Stetson University. After working locally in the laboratory field for several years, Ms. Wheeler moved to Tennessee to matriculate at Lincoln Memorial University-DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine. After earning her Master's of Physician Assistant Studies in 2020, Shelby moved back to serve the residents and visitors of this wonderful community. She is a member of American Academy of Physician Assistants, Florida Association of Physician Assistants and the Society of Critical Care Medicine. In her free time Shelby enjoys spending time with her family, friends and pets.
Delaney Rodriquez, ARNP
Raquel Velazquez, AG-ACNP
Raquel is an Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner with a Board Certification in Acute Care. She is currently working in the Intensive Care Unit at Advent Health New Smyrna Beach. She completed her Bachelor of Nursing and Master of Science degree at Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona. She holds a national certification with the American Nurses Credentialing Center
Amanda Seegobin, ARNP, FNP-C
Amanda is a Florida native who received an Associates of Science Degree in Nursing from Central Florida Community College. She also earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from the University of Central Florida and a Master’s Degree in Nursing from South University. Ms. Seegobin is certified in Family Practice and is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
In her spare time Amanda enjoys outdoor activities, reading and spending time with her family.
Matthew Rossi, ARNP
Matthew is Board Certified in Adult Gerontology as a Nurse Practitioner. He received a BS in Psychology from FSU in 1994, BSN in Nursing in 2013 from UCF and Masters Degree in Nursing in 2017 from USF.
